Shipping and Delivery

 

  1. Is in store pickup available for online orders?

Yes, if you are in the Pune then you can come to physical outlet at Shop No. 2, Nibha Apartment,719/720 , Laxmi Road, Shagun Chowk,Pune, Maharashtra 411030

  1.  When will the order be dispatched?
    Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order received

 

  1. Can we cancel our order?
    Yes, cancellation is possible
  2.  What if I receive the wrong item?
    Kindly WhatsApp us to  7276683757 with the details of your order and a picture of the product received. We will quickly work to resolve it. 
  3. When will I receive a response for my email and WhatsApp message
    We reply back to emails within 48-hours.
     
  4. Do I get tracking details for my order?
    Yes, we do share tracking/consignment details as soon as we dispatch your order from our end.
  5.  Will I get a call from the delivery person at the time of delivery?
    Kindly understand that we do not have a logistics wing of our own and that we depend on registered private courier agencies or speed posts.
    Generally, the delivery agent will call you , Kindly be available on the number you provided.
  6. Do you ship worldwide?
    We are working to connect everyone but not for now

  1. Is there any warranty for the products?
    No .there is no explicit warranty , but we promise to deliver quality jewellery to you
    All the products are rechecked and packed with lots of love 
  2. Will the product be exactly as shown in the picture?
    All the images in our website are took by our team , as these are handcrafted by our artisans there shall be minute difference from piece to piece but not any major differences
  3. Product care?
    For long life please avoid direct contact with water and perfume
    Storage : normal plastic box

  1.  How long does it take for Miss Highness to ship an order?

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our courier partners. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but orders shipped within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

  1.  Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. For further contact 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Return & Refund 

 

  1. Can we replace or exchange a product?
    Replacement or exchanges shall be given only if there is any damage (unboxing video is must).Send us on  7276683757 

 

  1. The amount got deducted, but I haven’t received the order confirmation. What shall I do?

Once the payment is done, give 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation through email/text message. In case you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to our support through Email/Chat and we will be happy to assist you.

 

  1. Are there any extra charges other than what is shown on the website?

Not at all! All prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes. What you see is what you pay.

 

  1. What is your Cash on Delivery (COD) limit?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services on orders below INR 10,000.

 

  1. I have returned an order recently. Where will I get the refund money for my returned order?

In case it is a prepaid order, you can avail the refund to your source account. Kindly note, in case of COD orders, you can avail the refund in the bank account of your choice and we will be reaching out to take this input from you.
